CANCELATION POLICY

With our salon being commission-based and exclusively by appointment only — we ask that you please understand that any last minute cancellations result in a loss for our stylists and other clients that would have had the opportunity to book in. 

You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours before your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service scheduled

CAN I BRING MY CHILD OR A GUEST?

For safety and comfort, we ask that you do not bring children or extra guests unless they are receiving a service.

CAN I BRING PICS FROM INSTAGRAM OR PINTEREST?

Yes please! We love a good mood board, and our stylists will always do a thorough, in-depth consultation at your appointment time. just remember- filters, lighting, and extensions can make a difference. We will work to adapt the look to suit your hair type and lifestyle.

CAN I BRING SNACKS OR COFFEE?

Of course! some colour appointments take a few hours. We do offer a complimentary coffee and tea bar at our salon for you to enjoy a latte, herbal tea or sparkling water compilmentary during your appointment.

WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY HAIR SERVICE?

We stand by our work and want you to love your hair. If you have any concerns, or anything feels not right, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment and we will invite you back in to make it right, and make it beautiful. We encourage you to let your stylist know at the time of your appointment if anything doesn’t feel right.

all hair services are non refundable.

We will do everything in our power to make it right, and have a team of talented stylists willing and striving to give you the best possible outcome.

DO YOU TAKE GRATUITY?

Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. Tips can be given in cash directly to your service provider, or via card at checkout.
